If I could clone Jordan 100 times, I would. First, closing this deal was an absolute wild ride, and I am still shocked (in a good way) that we pulled it off together. Jordan repeatedly went above and beyond, not just to keep this deal alive (on more than one occasion) but also to keep all the ducks in a row and pieces moving to get to the finish line. He worked in tandem with my lender to make sure all of our i's were dotted and t's were crossed, helped get me in touch with the contractor who will be completing the work on my property (I'm using a rehab loan), regularly communicated any updates he received from the seller's side, and gave me peace of mind when I thought I was losing it. If there's one word I could use to describe Jordan, it would be resourceful. He knows how to problem solve (and quickly) and isn't afraid to reach out to his network to ask questions or find the right people to help get the job done. I could not have asked for a better realtor to work with on this project. I know that he was a godsend and that I wouldn't have been able to get this done without him. While I am sure there are much easier transactions out there to be had, if you're in a complex situation, I 100% trust that Jordan could get the job done because I've seen him do it first-hand. But, if you're just a regular person who needs someone smart and reliable to help you buy or sell your home, I would recommend Jordan every. single. time.
